Munyaradzi Jeche is an abstract sculptor who uses locally sourced stone to create spiritually uplifting art works. He began sculpting in 1995, learning techniques under the tutelage of world-renowned sculptor, Nicholas Mukomberanwa and later, Albert Mamvura. By 1998, he was exhibiting his own creations in Chitungwiza.
Participating in many local exhibitions, Jeche’s work has been awarded art prizes. His work has captured the attention of art collectors and has been shown across the world in North America, Germany, South Africa and the United Kingdom.
